Our 3D modeling tool is designed to be extremely easy to use. It has been successfully used by people who have never done any 3D editing before.

All artwork in the game was created using this tool.

Section and cross-section

The main idea is that our models are composed of parts defined by two 2D curves: one defining the section (profile along the y-axis) and the other defining the cross-section (profile along the x and z axes). Parts with circular cross-sections are often used to give the feeling of wooden toys produced on lathes.

Parts

Editor Tilia

The simplest case involves models consisting of only one part. Their cross-section can be circular, as is often the case for trees, or rectangular, like for milestones.

Plugs

Editor Belfry

More complex models consist of several parts connected together. The connection is done using plugs. The position of parts on individual plugs can be fine-tuned using 3D translation and rotation tools.

Animated Characters

Editor Little Garcon

The most complex models are those intended for animation, such as characters and animals. In this case, it is probably best to start from a template model, but the principle remains the same. For individual body parts, you model parts by defining their section and cross-section, connecting them together using plugs.
